A client-led coaching approach for middle and high schoolers — built around real conversations, not lectures.
Every teen's situation is different. These are the places we usually start.
Navigating who's good for them, speaking up for themselves, and not overthinking every text or interaction.
Handling disagreements directly — instead of avoiding them or letting things boil over into blow-ups.
Building the judgment to make their own calls, even when peer pressure is pulling the other way.
As it naturally comes up — these are almost always connected to how a teen shows up with friends.
You don't need a crisis to reach out. These are the moments most parents describe before their first call.
My coaching is client-led. Rather than handing your teen answers, I guide them through questions — the kind that build real self-awareness, not just a quick fix for this week's problem.
The goal isn't just to solve today's conflict for them. It's to help them build a skill they'll carry into every relationship they'll ever have — with friends, with family, and eventually, with coworkers and partners.
That's what "holistic" means in my practice: we don't separate a friendship problem from how your teen feels about themselves, their family, or their place in the world. It's all connected, and we follow wherever the conversation genuinely needs to go.
No hidden fees, no confusing tiers. Just a clear starting point. I'm also an approved Arizona ESA vendor, so sessions may be covered by Empowerment Scholarship Account funding.
No obligation to continue — just a conversation.

At the center of my work is a simple belief: the relationships in our lives — with ourselves, our families, our friends — shape our quality of life. That's especially true for teens, who are learning these skills for the first time, often without anyone teaching them directly.
My approach is client-led. I'm not here to lecture — I'm here to ask the right questions, at the right time, so your teen builds their own answers.
Yes. Some of my clients have special needs and want a parent or caregiver in the room, and that's always welcome. That said, when it's possible, giving your teen some space during the session can help them open up more freely — so if you're able to, I'd gently encourage it. We can always find what works best for your family.
That's common, and it's okay. The free consultation call is a low-pressure way to introduce the idea — many teens warm up once they realize it's a conversation, not a lecture.
Whichever works best for your family. Sessions are 50 minutes, available in person in Sierra Vista or virtually.
Sessions are focused on your teen, but family dynamics often come up naturally in our conversations — and I'll let you know if something would benefit from a broader conversation.
Yes — I'm an approved Arizona ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) vendor for neurodivergent students, including ADHD, autism, and other qualifying differences. If your teen's ESA falls into one of these categories, sessions may be eligible for funding. Reach out and I can help you figure out how that works for your situation.
Start with a free 15-minute consultation call — no pressure, just a conversation about what your teen is going through.
